This Privacy Policy describes how Factor Sales, operated by Pearson Ham Group, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform services.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and role when you register for an account, request a demo, or contact us through our website.
Information We Collect
We may also collect technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns when you interact with our platform. This data helps us improve our services and ensure platform security.
When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and all data processed through our platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our platform services, to communicate with you about your account or enquiries, and to send you relevant updates about our products and services where you have opted in to receive them.
“We are committed to transparency in how we handle data. Our platform is built on the principle that better market intelligence should be accessible without compromising the privacy or competitive position of any participant.”
